    Job Overview:

The TestLink Purchasing and Supply Chain Team is currently looking for a capable and motivated individual to fill the internal position of Junior Buyer

The Junior Buyer will be responsible for the day-to-day sourcing, procurement and timely delivery of the materials and services needs of the TestLink organisation.

This role will play key roles on task ownership of key project work, liaising with cross functional team to achieve company targets. Daily tasks will involve daily monitoring and reporting low stock, dealing with quotes and monitoring stock shortage reports. You will be able to proactively advise the Buyer of any issues that might affect material and spares deliveries to agreed service levels and ETA’s directly affecting Test Link’s performance.

You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure delivery schedules are met, monitor supplier’s performance, identify and troubleshoot quality and delivery issues.

You are an excellent communicator, have strong organisational and analytical skills, you are motivated and have a logical approach to problem solving and always think outside the box.
